Lessons learned from a sharing economy entrepreneur

In 2014 I interviewed Martin Voorzanger, co-founder of the largest Dutch ride sharing platform Toogethr. Their service was doing well, but already then finding the right revenue model was their biggest problem. A couple of months later Martin published a blogpost where he announced to pull the plug out of the platform by the end of that year. In this same post he challenged others to come with an idea to continue their platform. Out of the 25 responses Martin picked Calender42 as the new parents of his baby Toogethr.

At his houseboat in Amsterdam I interviewed Martin (he just started his new venture Insitez) about his quest in finding the right revenue model and his most important lessons learned.
