These autonomous self-enterprising professionals could come in and work in this the area. A workspace, Wi-Fi and coffee were offered for ‘free’ as these professionals could pay by expressing their willingness to share their knowledge with others. This was called ‘social capital’. This experiment was hugely successful, resulting in a space where people mutually connected easily and created new social-economic value together.
